Position Responsibilities (detailed accountabilities)
— — 负责全球增值类权益规划,负责卡产品增值类权益和服务的规划设计、开发落实、营销推广和不断完善;包括线上以及线下商户类拓展及权益开发,支付接入方案评估以及项目管理
Responsible for value-added benefits planning globally and benefits support to issuing projects, including benefits design, exploiting, promotion and constant improvement; develop online and offline merchant benefits; payment access proposal evaluation and project management.
— — 收集境外发卡机构的需求,负责统筹并支市场需求,提供解决方案满足机构的需求,支持发卡,运营并评估项目表现,不断优化,完成境外培训落地;
Collect demands from overseas issuers, responsible for marketing demands coordination and support, provide solution to serve issuers’ requirements, support issuing projects and track project performance; optimize project on a constant basis; participate and lecture at training sessions to overseas markets.
— — 统筹协调总部及境外跨部门沟通,包括确认规划计划、项目开发、实施落地以及评估工作,协助境外分支机构向合作发卡机构及持卡人推广;负责与总公司各部门沟通,协调并推进相关业务,促进境内外发卡及刷卡消费;
Coordinate and communicate between headquarter and overseas branches on benefits planning, project development, implementation and assessment. Support overseas branches to promote benefits to partner banks and cardholders; responsible for communication with all departments in headquarter, coordinate and carry forward related business with purpose to increasing overseas card volume and stimulating transaction volume.
— — 负责供应商管理,制定机构使用流程,包括申请、落地、维护以及优化,提供一站式标准化解决方案;
Responsible for vendor management, design implementation guide for institutions and provide one-stop solution concerning benefits application, implementation, maintenance and optimization,
— — 项目落地,起草并制定合作合同,跟进各项服务的实施与使用;规划宣传渠道支持;
Launch projects, draft and complete cooperation agreements, follow up all usage stats of implemented benefits and services; plan marketing channels to support benefits promotion.
